1. To encourage scholars to actively participate in the paper collection, all scholars who submit papers (full text) to this conference will be given certificates of encouragement.

2. Please submit the full text of the paper according to the main topics of the paper collection and discussion. The abstract of the paper shall not exceed 500 words, and the full text shall not exceed 5,000 words. The paper file format is a word document.
Specific elements include: paper title, author name, work unit, paper abstract, keywords, text, main references, etc.

3. After the paper is reviewed and approved, it will be compiled into a book as conference materials. Excellent papers will be recommended to the member journals of the E-Fangzhiku journal group for priority publication.
