Jakarta – ASEAN Youth Organization (A.Y.O.) in collaboration with Mission of Canada to ASEAN organized a panel discussion at President Executive Lounge, Menara Batavia, Jakarta. The forum facilitated an exchange of information, experiences and ideas between women entrepreneurs, business entities, community leaders, Non-government organizations. The event was opened by Senjaya Mulia-the founder of ASEAN Youth Organization, H.E. Dr. Aladdin D. Rillo-Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN Economic Community and Ambassador Diedrah Kelly-Ambassador of Canada to ASEAN. One hundred and twenty participants were listening to 5 womenpreneur speakers; Nadine Siregar-Founder of Generation Girl, Melia Winata-Founder of Du’Anyam, Margaret Srijaya-Founder of Womenpreneur.id, Gita Sjahrir-Founder of Ride Studio and Andrina Prawira-Founder of Studio Kaen.

A.Y.O. promotes Gender Equality across Southeast Asia. We empower young women and men by equipping them with problem solving skills for equal employment opportunities. On this event, we hope that the participants could gain new insights and motivation from notable womenpreneurs.
