Eligibility Criteria:
- Be from countries listed as eligible.
- Fall within the age range of 18 to 40 at the start of their studies.

- Meet the requirements for a New Zealand Student visa.
- Fulfill all course prerequisites before applying.
- Obtain an offer or acceptance from a New Zealand university.
- For PhD applicants, find and email potential supervisors at New Zealand universities.
- Provide proof of English proficiency if awarded the scholarship.
- Submit a research proposal if applying for a PhD program.
