Welcome to the Event Portal, before you post an event, please check some requirements below;

  1. Only AYO Partners, Ambassadors, Ambassador Alumni, and Activator members are eligible to post an event.
  2. Please make sure that the content you post on AYO Event Platforms do not contain any types of violations, discrimination against particular group/race/religion/gender or others. 
  3. Event banner standard size is 1200px x 700px, 150 DPI, Landscape format, max. 300kb
  4. Please use the banner format HERE for AYO Affiliates Brand (Enviro, Academy, Smart, Recent) and Ambassador.
  5. Please use the banner format HERE for AYO Partners or Community/Organization Members.
  6. You may use your own standard color and design or you can use the AYO standard design. Please check our Brand Guideline.
  7. We encourage you to submit the events for at least 14 days before the event start.
