About the Speakers
Dr. Lisa G. Kailola, S.Sos, M. Pd., is an Assistant Professor in Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), Jakarta, and she has been serving in various management roles in UKI and through many transition in staff management since 2010. Lisa Gracia Kailola played important position as a Secretary of University and under her leadership she took responsibility in managing international collaboration with foreign universities in Asia, Australia, USA and Europe. She graduated for Doctoral of Management of Education in 2016, and took a key-player in UKI’s Top Management as a Director of International Office. She also has such substantial advantage in organizations like education and social services. Her research and publication in leadership, education, human resources management and psychology education becomes mandatory to excel in academics.
Mr Eddie Lee is a seasoned transformational strategist. He has a wide spectrum of human capital experience in large organisations, both in the private and public sectors. Eddie is the Executive Director of ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO). He recently launched the first Asia recognised Applied Career Coaching Certification programme and has been appointed as the International Partner representing Singapore in the Global Startup Leaders Committee of the World Business Angels Investment Forum. He is also a Business Advisor and Mentor to Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Start-ups, partnering the founders on business and people strategies. Previously, Eddie was the Executive Director of Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI). Pior to that, he was the Regional Chief Human Resource Officer of an European MNC, covering 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. He had overseas stints in Papua New Guinea, Qatar and China. Eddie is an accredited member of a number of professional associations, in Singapore and globally.
