To be eligible for the ADB Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a national of an ADB member country.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with an excellent academic record.
- Have at least two years of full-time professional working experience at the time of application.
- Be proficient in English, with no requirement for IELTS or Japanese language proficiency.
- Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
