- Nationality: Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
- Commitment: Return to your home country for at least two years after the award ends.
- Academic Qualifications: Hold an undergraduate degree (equivalent to a 2:1 UK honours degree).
- Work Experience: Have two years of professional experience (or 2,800 hours).
