This project objective is to inspire and encourage young women to pursue leadership roles in their organizations and their chosen field of work; build an inclusive ecosystem where anyone with merits regardless of gender will be given equal opportunities to lead, and raise public awareness that women have the same opportunities as men to be in leadership positions.
