The Management Economics Society, a duly recognized academic organization of the University of the Philippines – Baguio, will be conducting an event, 

“SIBOL: Youth Leadership Conference 2021, Kabataan, Umusbong at Tumindig sa Makabagong Panahon.”

The event is a virtual conference that aims to provide the youth an opportunity to further develop themselves through a holistic learning experience together with other aspiring youth leaders in the country.

The event will help empower students to participate in nation-building and be able to contribute to the solutions for our country’s key issues. SIBOL will take place from the last week of February 2021 until the second week of March 2021.

Talks led by guest speakers will take place on February 27 & March 6, followed by Pag-usbong, a set of reflective activities, on February 28 & March 7.

The event will be capped off with Himig ng Pagsibol: An Online Benefit Gig, a live-streamed culminating activity filled with performances from various artists on March 13 & March 14. The culminating activity event is the charitable purpose of collecting donations for a charity that helps vulnerable children, the future leaders, in the country through its partner beneficiary.
