The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program is a fully-funded initiative by Taiwan’s International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) to cultivate talent from developing countries. Established in 1998, it partners with 18 Taiwanese universities to offer 29 English-taught programs (27 Master’s, 2 PhD) across fields like agriculture, public health, engineering, and business. Managed under the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA), the program prioritizes human resource development to advance sustainable growth in partner nations while fostering global academic ties.
This framework combines rigorous academic training with cultural exchange, aligning with Taiwan’s strategic goals of educational diplomacy and socio-economic collaboration.
