Is this a paid program?

Yes, it is a paid program and it costs 330 USD to join the program with all accommodation, airport pick up, itineraries, and meals included.

Who can join the program?

Anyone from the ASEAN and China who is interested in the ASEAN-China Acculturation can join.

What will be covered with the fees that I paid?

The fees will be used to cover the airport pick up and drop off, accommodation, and meals for the whole stay.

I'm in Indonesia/Stay in Jakarta, can I stay in My Own Accommodation?

If you would like to opt not to stay at our partner hotel option, please go to this link for the non-accommodation option

Can I participate in the program if I am not an ASEAN and/or China citizen?

Participation is prioritized for youth holding ASEAN and/or China citizenship. We encourage you to apply for selection if you have a high degree of interest in the ASEAN-China relationship.

Can I participate in certain days or sessions only?

Unfortunately, delegates are required to participate from the start until the end of the programs in order to receive a certificate of completion.

If I resign from my participation, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for participants who are suddenly unable to attend the event.
