ASEAN Youth Organization is organizing a Virtual Talk on Zoom: “Women In Tech”
Sharing experiences about working in tech companies such as Google is not easy for them because working in education is not based on the gender that they were born with. They would like to use education and skill sets to empower many other women and minorities to have the course to overcome the social pressures, the fear, and the obstacles to pursue whatever they want to do with their lives.
The outcome of sharing experiences about working in tech companies, such as Google, underscores the challenges faced by individuals working in education, irrespective of their gender at birth. The focus is on breaking gender-based stereotypes and fostering an inclusive environment. These individuals aspire to utilize education and skill sets to empower women and minorities, providing them with the tools to overcome societal pressures, fears, and obstacles. The overarching goal is to inspire and create opportunities for women and minorities to pursue their chosen paths with confidence and autonomy.
