The True Blue Fellowship (formerly the Fellowship Grant Program) aims to connect and empower youth around the world to leverage the creative arts to enact change in local communities to safeguard the ocean, waterways, and the climate. If you want to make a difference in your community, we invite you to participate in the True Blue Fellowship! The Fellowship is an initiative originally created and led by the Future Blue Youth Council (FBYC), a diverse group of Bow Seat alumni working together to empower their peers to advocate for a healthy, sustainable, and equitable future.
The True Blue Fellowship provides mentorship, capacity building, and funding of up to $2,500 for 10 youth-led projects that address ocean, waterways, and/or climate change issues in their local communities through a creative arts lens.
The deadline to submit the application is by September 1st, 2024.

The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program is a fully-funded initiative by Taiwan’s International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) to cultivate talent from developing countries. Established in 1998, it partners with 18 Taiwanese universities to offer 29 English-taught programs (27 Master’s, 2 PhD) across fields like agriculture, public health, engineering, and business. Managed under the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA), the program prioritizes human resource development to advance sustainable growth in partner nations while fostering global academic ties.
This framework combines rigorous academic training with cultural exchange, aligning with Taiwan’s strategic goals of educational diplomacy and socio-economic collaboration.
KNB is funded by Indonesian Government to help students from developing couuntries to study at the public universities in Indonesia. Kemitraan Negara Berkembang scholarship will be awarded to Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. students.
The application period is open for the 2025 academic year. Canadian institutions must apply online on behalf of eligible candidates by March 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
